Damaged or Broken Products

We accept returns or replacements only if the product arrives damaged or broken during shipping.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number.

  • You must provide clear photos or video evidence showing the damaged item and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, KaadiYemen will offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal fragrance or scent preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Improper storage or misuse of the product

  • Minor packaging marks that do not affect product quality

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged).

Return Shipping
